Having led transformation programmes in global and local enterprises, many are not set up organisationally or with the right people plan to execute their strategy successfully.
I can review your People and Organisation strategy as it relates to your business plan. I can deliver a diagnosis of the key drivers of success with appropriate key performance indicators and highlight areas of focus to ensure success. This in turn delivers more targeted reward schemes for leaders and their teams.
C Suite Coaching
I have coached hundreds of Senior Executives through career and behavioural transitions.
I take C Suite Leaders through a three phased approach from understanding career transition goals through tailored interview simulations to new organisation on-boarding support.
I offer observational coaching of leaders with their teams and key stakeholders and provide improvement action plans relating to influencing and effective communications.
